I called and asked to book an EXAM. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had chipped my tooth the day before. She abruptly says, “we can’t treat you for a chipped tooth”. This was confusing for me because as I said, I had called to book an EXAM. I didn’t ask for anything more because the chip in my tooth came from a molar when I was flossing and it likely could have been from a filling. I didn’t have half of my front tooth missing. My one problem is that they do not seem to have enough Dental Hygienists to fit in timely dental cleanings. When you have good dental insurance that is not good. Going up to 8 months is way too long.
