Disappointing and terrible service, from the office staff hanging up the phone intentionally and not giving their names when asked. The other young girl with a heavy latin accent, couldn't find my vein, she used profanity. Extremely unprofessional, causing to bruise my arm black and blue. Horrible experience !
Dr. Alvarez is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. He listens and always provides feedback and sound informed advice. I highly recommend him. His staff are kind, professional and efficient.
Los doctores son excelentes pero el servicio que prestan sus colaboradoras es pésimo! Te envían facturas de años anteriores que nadie sabe de qué son, pagas y no suben los pagos así que si no tienes prueba puede ser un problema para ti, tienen mala actitud cuando uno tiene un reclamo en fin! Son súper desordenadas en lo contable
I have been recommending this clinic to all of my friends and Family. Dr. Paz and her staff were extremely attentive and punctual. I was only there for an annual exam and Dr. Paz explained each analysis with enough detail to understand my health and more.
