Bad Maintenance, Bad Management!!! Raising rents but not doing anything to make Paz Mar a better place to live! Dog crap everywhere, bums climbing in trash and wondering property, tenants not abiding by lease rules, such as Clutter on Patios and in car ports. Paz Mar is a scam. I have lived here for 5 months and I have 22 different emails as proof of how bad it is here. I pay almost 3k a month to live here. There has been nothing but power and water interruptions. The management and the people who "work" here do nothing. The gates are constantly broken, the washing machines and dryers are out of order. Homeless people run amuck in the complex. I really feel like I got scammed when moving here.

The literally only redeeming quality of this location is the views. Inadequate office managers who have a lack of care to handle any sort of issue that arises. They claim “they live here too”, however they use this excuse to say they are going through it too… but they are clearly not doing anything about it.
