Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Dr. Paz has been my doctor for over 14 years. My very first appointment he was very patient and thoroughly let me explain my pain and the background leading up to my issues. He isn't always on time but it is due to the time he gives each and every single patient. He is well worth the time. I have had eight surgeries and each time had no complications. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Paz is very thorough in addressing patient's complaints and concerns, answers questions , even showing pictures of scan results. After two very complicated surgeries, I would not hesitate to rate Dr. Paz : EXCELLENT.
