I had some unexpected car troubles last week and had pulled into the parking lot here. Shay was incredibly helpful and kind in giving me her opinion on what the issue could be. She took it upon herself to make sure I was okay, very appreciative for that. Thank you to the others as well for showing concern. And yes it was the alternator!
They really need to get rid of (or have a serious chat with) the gal at the desk at the back of the store. I don’t have to deal with her often, but the times that I have (via phone or in person) she is rude, abrupt, not helpful and makes you feel like you’re interrupting her day. Not a smile. Not a thank you. Nothing. She’s far too comfortable in her position and doesn’t care about your customers
