Great experience with customer service. Very helpful. The parking line is a little hard to figure out. The different entrances appear to be adequately marked. The service desk staff are very helpful, as are the people at the "yard"
Very unreasonable manager. Sold me a defective toilet seat. The defect couldn't be seen before unwrapping. Called the store, employee told me to bring it back. Once in the store, the manager refused issuing a refund citing bio-hazard policy (of unsued seat). They didn't need to handle the seat, they just needed to issue a refund. Not coming back to the store, they're unreliable.
Great source for building supplies and materials.
The store that has absolutely everything except for what you need. How a store that serves an area where everyone is on a well never has stock is mind blowing.
