Great selection and amazing knowledge. There is a reason they have been in business for so long! They treat you like family! This is the place to go in and around upstate NY, my family has been shopping there for years!
After 3 stressful days of picking out a setting, I finally found my dream ring at Payson's for an unbelievable price. I went to every store in plattsburgh and the value and customer service here could not be matched. The best thing is that they had my ring ready for me that same day while every other store quoted me at least 3 weeks!
A local favorite of mine THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. HAVE ITEM READY WHEN PROMISED. KNOW WHERE TO GET IT IF THEY DON'T CARRY IT.
