Roxy has been wonderful to work with. Their maintenance team is kind and trustworthy and the online portal is very convenient and easy to use. Renting with PPM has been a great experience for us.

Hands down THE WORST property management company we have EVER used. They do not give a shit if you live or die as long as they get their money. Our AC went out mid July and was over 100degrees (stayed at 85 in the house) until they “fixed” it THREE MONTHS LATER. We had to purchase 3 of our own portable AC for each room, as we have small children, with the promise of being reimbursed( we paid an extra 1300$ ON TOP OF MAKING SURE RENT WASN’T LATE) we NEVER heard a thing about reimbursement even after calling, texting, emailing... read more
