After my primary care doctor misdiagnosed my condition, I went to this urgent care for a second opinion. Dr. Ercanbrack was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to treat my condition and left me feeling confident in the care I was given. I am grateful to him for giving me the treatment I needed when my own doctor wasn't willing or able to.

Payson InstaCare was great. Came in this morning because of some chest pains I had, which unfortunately they referred me to the ER. But the front lady was nice and got me signed in pretty quickly. Nurse and doctor Erchenbrach were great to. He explained to me many things and it was great. I will be happy to go back should I need to. First time ever going to an urgent care facility and it was a great one! I highly recommend the for your urgent care needs!
Came in for a check up because my have been bloodshot for the past week. They were super red, watering and burning bad!! I was also in the middle of a drive back home and literally couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer. The lady at the desk and the PA were super friendly! They helped me out pretty fast, checked out the problem and sent me on my way making sure I drove back safe. Thank you guys !!! Highly recommend
Been here a few time (sadly) but always had a good experience with the staff. In and out very fast and received a very good attention.
