The staff are nice but there's been loud drilling or some other construction going on, sometimes early in the morning. The hot water used to go off for long periods of time but they fixed that but the water still randomly turns brown and cloudy sometimes for a few seconds

Three stars for convenience/proximity to hospital and ample storage space in apartments, staff are very kind, and compared to other older housing in the city this is step up, however, the building has issues that need attention and there is constant noise
