They were fast, friendly and professional. I needed an emergency tooth removed and they got me in right away and removed it quickly. The only pain was from them numbing me but other than that it was great.
We took our 7-year-old to a different orthodontist because the vivos application just doesn't seem like a good route for our family, and the orthodontist recommended pulling two baby teeth before starting braces because they were blocking some permanent teeth from coming in. He made it sound like a very simple, routine thing. We took him to Dr. Kraft to get those teeth pulled, and it was honestly a horrible experience.
