THE WORST PAYMENTS COMPANY EVER!!!
Terrible customer service
They’re schemers. Cancelled February 1st, they still charged us for the month but the service was cancelled and they ensured that the next month we would not be charged. Guess what? Charged us for March, refuse to refund us and are now saying we did not fill out a cancellation form that was never mentioned last month when we argued about being charged for February. They’re just greedy and awful, don’t use them.
Don’t use Paysimple with Zenplanner’s billing !!! I regret it !!! They won’t send my statements to my mailing address and they won’t send you your tax information at the end of the year and they try and say it’s because you can’t log on to an impossible app to log into !! Worst customer service ever !!!
I have not been able to process transitions for 21 days today, nothing but excuses.
