We have been with pay simple for years and it's been fine. I would give a higher review but, recently for some reason they decided to take features away from their app and make it worse. I called to ask why I can't see customer notes on my phone and was told they don't know the app team just decided to remove that feature and he would ask if they could return it and that was it. This has made it very hard to deal with customers when not tied to the computer. Fix the app!

One of the best organized systems out there for small businesses. It gave a very flexible system that enabled me to implement payments, and purchases on my existing website, and provide a web store subdomain site in addition to planting code snippets on existing pages in my site. It seemed very secure, and was overall the easiest to use software Ive ever found. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. i used Paysimple via Zenplanner. I left both companies over a year ago and they are still charging my account! I could not believe how many people left reviews and have gone through the same thing! i have called multiple times and you can never get a human being to pick up the phone or return an email. Horrible company.

Do not use them. The fees are way too expensive.
