John did my mom's taxes, and did them very incorrectly. She had to take her taxes to H&R block to be redone for a higher rate, but at least she ended up with the correct refund instead of paying thousands of dollars to the IRS like her initial tax preparation completed by John started.
One of the worse experiences that I or my mom has ever had. We filed our taxes with John, paid for his services, we owed taxes so John took checks from us to pay our taxes. Turns out, two months laterJohn never sent the checks to the IRS. We visited John to try to resolve the issue and John promptly advised that is NOT LIABLE for the tax filling and kicked us out of his building.
