After Payroll People, Inc. took over our payroll service from Payality in 2025, their system processed 3 payments to a former employee even though we had already terminated him and notified them in writing. They withdrew over $800.00 in unauthorized wages and associated taxes from our business account. We were assured a reversal had been submitted, but the reversal never happened and the funds were not returned.
