AAA called Payne’s after I had a blowout on the highway and needed a tow. A driver was there within 20 minutes, and he was very helpful and courteous. I was off the road and at the tire shop within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!
Horrible experience. I think they treat AAA calls as bottom of the barrel. The guy was incredibly rude and annoyed to be there and must have brought up that this was a AAA call a hundred times. I was stuck in the mud/water in the middle of a county road with my 7 year old TERRIFIED daughter. The water was deep so I wasn’t sure if my car would run once it was out so I asked the guy to stick around so I could find out first. He didn’t. Did a great job had no issues whatsoever With my toe , we were trapped on top of a bridge on the side of a highway They made us a Top priority. Is very professional and very polite!
My car was impounded after traffic stop. Process of getting car out was easy prices were fair. However in process of being towed my condenser on my AC was busted and everyone knows in Texas summer AC a must. So on top of fees to get back is another 300 to fix my AC.
Used AAA to book a tow for my vehicle to a local repair center. Thomas arrived earlier than expected. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Got me loaded in a manner of minutes, delivered my vehicle and thanked us. Nicely done.
