The lady that answers the phone obviously hates her job. Not helpful and rude
I was in a 4 car wreck on I-10 in Beaumont with a dump truck causing and got side swipped and shoved over two lanes almost getting sandwiched into cement wall and Paynes Wrecker Service towed my car to their lot. The driver of wrecker was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my many questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. My insurance company connected me with this company to tow my suv from Iowa, La to Beaumont, Tx. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The office person contacted me the night before to get information and explain the process. The gentleman (Raden Seal) who picked up vehicle called when he was on his way & was on time. He was professional, personable, and very kind. He also contacted me after he dropped off my vehicle. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!
