Rude for more than ten years. Both locations
Definitely not customer friendly on thier front end. Walked away feeling almost verbally berated. I will not be returning and will not be suggesting thier store to friends either. Such a bad first experience!!

It'd be great if one day, the clerks at retail establishments in Santa Fe didn't START their encounters with customers by assuming they are idiots. Asking for B-1 for root starter is not a stupid thing to do. After my request I was met with a weird look, and given the lecture about how there is no such thing as B-1... but that they had SuperThrive...(?) When I asked what is in SuperThrive (knowing it was B-1) I was told B-12 and other vitamins and that it should ONLY be used for transplanting.... hmmm there are those of us i... read more
