Payne’s Heating and Air Conditioning Services are Awesome. Last year we had an issue with our Nest thermostat, when the owner came out he diagnosed the issue rapidly and determined that the thermostat base ring had failed. As our heat-pumps were 19+ years old, he mentioned they would need to be replaced in the near future due to the limited supplies and cost of the refrigerant.
