Incredible service. Dealer suggested I contact them for a very minor adjustment and boy am I glad I did. Made an appointment, they performed the adjustment in approximately ten minutes while I waited. Didn't even have time to get my iPad up and running. Just super customer service. You can bet your sweet bippy that should I ever need any sort of body work I will be camped on their doorstep before I even think about going elsewhere. Very disappointed that I took the time to bring my car in for an estimate and to get it repaired. I was told I would receive the estimate via email the next day and never received it. It's been over three weeks. I had another shop in the area not only give me an estimate but also repaired it in less than 3 days.
The BEST experience! Victoria and Aaron were so helpful with my only body shop experience. They explained the detailed estimate clearly, listened when I had questions and made suggestions. They finished the repairs on time and my car looks great, especially the paint and making sure it blended perfectly. AND, the car was cleaned, inside and out (tires too!) I paid out of pocket, but I overhead Aaron on the phone with an insurance company for another customer trying to get something covered on behalf of the customer. Amazing.... read more
Awesome collision center that was honest and extremely helpful with a claim on an old car that other bodyshops didn’t want to touch. Aaron went above and beyond to get it sorted out.
