Odd deal here. Called and got a voice mail then had someone call me back at 830ish and said yeah I had a missed call from this number. Not hey this is so and so from Payne heating and air. Then proceeded to ask me what I called for yet still hadn't identified him self as a A/C repair guy. Lacks professionalism
