On a nearby job site and needed parts that aren't typically part of my job description. They were super friendly on the phone and had exactly what I needed. (even though I didn't know what to call it.) I was met by friendly faces at the reception area as I don't think they typically have walk-in customers. Had my part and was on my way in minutes.
