Not easy to work with...
I just closed on a house and worked with the co-owner Jerry. She was very upfront with everything and was obviously very knowledgeable about the market and what to expect. She helped every step of the way, from viewings to contracts to closing. She did a lot of work for this first-time home buyer to ensure that we closed on time. I would recommend Jerry and Payne's RE to anyone looking to buy in the area.
Jerry is excellent at what she does. Most honest and upfront person you will ever meet! She is one of the most knowledgeable realtors in Hunt County!
