From Jessica over the phone and in person at the office, to Ron the Tech installing my tank and fireplace logs. I had an awesome beginning to end experience with their customer service. Polite and professional, and Ron took time to explain how things work along with a few tips. They called me a day ahead and even took their boots off at the door without asking. I highly recommend Payne Oil company.

I came to Payne this morning for the first time to fill up 2 of my grill propane tanks. The folks that helped me were super nice and helpful. The fellow that filled my tanks (wish I'd gotten his name) gave me some pointers on extending the life of the tanks. Even the facility is amazing - clean, new and great architecture. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!
I've always had a great experience with Payne Oil. They're very reasonable to work with and always try to accommodate the customer. The water heater is the only thing that uses propane at the house, so it takes forever to run out (which makes it easy to forget). Over the years I've run out twice and Payne Oil has bailed me out with a delivery first thing the next morning and even a same day delivery!
