Service Department, awful customer service.. do not recommend at all, Elena was extremely rude and unprofessional. They blame the customer for their poor performance and don’t even get me started on the wait time… hours for an oil change.

I had a very disappointing experience at Volkswagen Payne in Mission. The staff was not receptive and tried to overcharge me. They never provided me with an itemized quote of what they were going to do to the vehicle. Instead, they just gave me one inflated price for a specific repair and told me it was “the first of many things” the car supposedly needed. The worst service ever! Extremely rude! Never answers the phone! The customer service and services we have gotten done on our vehicle always ends up worse!!! Unfortunately, I love VW just not the valley dealership.
