Mr. Payne is an old colleague who I trust. He has helped me twice with traffic citations. He and his office make the whole process as pleasant as a traffic citation can be. They took care of all the paperwork. Ron is very professional and is well respected in the court room. The best advice I can give anyone when dealing with traffic citations is to hire an attorney!
