Gabriel Leal was excellent as a salesman and I have worked in customer service for 35 years and his demeanor and professionalism was exemplary. Joaquin Fernandez was also excellent , even though his job is to deliver the vehicle , he was not only professional but was patient and very knowledgeable.
Worst experience ever. They are liars! Went in to check out a vehicle for my wife. We really liked it and the price. They said they couldn't show it to us due to it being in service. They asked us to still run numbers with a bank to get approved. Everything came back that we were approved to just give them time to get the vehicle out of service so we can see it and finish paperwork, that they will call us back that same day.
