Excellent! I’ve been going here for years and never been disappointed in Dr. Erickson, their front office staff, the ease of making an appointment. Dr. Erickson has a wonderful demeanor, very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet.Probably one of the most efficient doctors offices I have encountered. I won’t be going anywhere else.
The larger employee (with the skin tag) is incredibly unhelpful. I went in to get a replacement temple, he said he would order. 6 weeks later, he finally told us they arrived (he told us late) and then I went in to check, and it was THE WRONG PART. So he ordered again and I waited around 8 more weeks, he called us today and said the part had arrived. So we went in and he told us they didn’t come in even though he just said he did.
