Dr. Spence was incredible—patient, thorough, and someone I would gladly see again. Unfortunately, the staff and billing experience were extremely frustrating. I asked multiple times about pricing and coverage — when I scheduled my appointment, during the retinal exam, and again while being brought back. Each time I was told my exam was 100% covered, yet no one mentioned that a retinal exam was mandatory or that there would be additional charges.
