I just don't have time to mess around waiting on people. When I contacted Payne County Mechanical, Jason was prompt to arrive (within about 45 minutes) and check the issue I was having with my HVAC system. He took care of my initial problem and gave me honest advice regarding the aged system but told me he could keep it going. Called over the holiday weekend. He was able to make it out Friday morning, and within an hour or so had me up and running good again.
My air conditioner was not working. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was fixed within an hour and we had a/c again. Very fair prices and impressive response time! I called around and no one else was available for a few days. So glad we have our a/c back. I highly recommend!
Needed gas furnace checked out for an inspection. They were prompt and professional more than fair on pricing. Would recommend and will use again.
We called for service on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, Jason the tech arrived with in an hour and had the problem solved a/c operating in about 30 mins, was very professional and curious
