They provide so many services and my experience has always been that my son and I have received high quality services. I cannot speak for the medical services, as I have not received any of that type of service there. They are genuinely good people who will go above and beyond to support individuals and families. They are not judgmental and off putting to the clients they serve. Shout out to Ms Jamie up there who took time out of her day to come help me get these sick animals to where they needed to go. Above and beyond. She was able to accomplish this job before the wildlife department ever got a chance to call back.
Nurse Mary Kay or something super basic was in a hurry to get to class told me I couldn’t get the vaccine because I didn’t have insurance and told me to leave. I had to go back to the front desk to get the correct information which is that they were out and I could still get it when it came back in. Hope she fails her class.
