Walked in to inquire about setting an appointment for a pap smear. I was told by a worker that I needed to agree to be put on birth control to receive a pap smear at the health department. I went in a week later for a STI test, asked the nurse doing my testing about this requirement and she told me this was not true and helped me make a pap appointment.
