Took my brand new SUV early in the morning. Its been 2 days already in the service center . I only went for alignment, brake check up , front 2 door tints and some chrome trim from side door. they told me it was going to take 2 hours only . Can’t be asking for rides all day long !! …. BRUH !!!
The salesman literally stepped in front of my car to stop it and talk to us. He was was extremely pushy. When they didn't have the vehicle I wanted he tried to get me to look at something else but was very annoying about it. I know that they are suppose to make the sake but even if the vehicle is wanted was there in not sure i would have purchased from this guy.
Did the impossible to software update my 24 Silverado EV, very satisfied to see Martin doing everything to make it work. I’ll will consider my truck to be in a Beta test program, meaning with new customers my dealership now knows what to do, very happy to see that they are learning new tricks. With more people like this, Chevrolet has a fair chase to compete with Tesla and Rivian.
