I was referred to this dentist by my daughter and called to make a new patient appointment. My daughter thinks very highly of Dr. Boatner. Karen answered the telephone and was immediately on the defensive. She continually talked over me and wouldn’t even give me a chance to see when the dentist could see me. I worked in a front office physicians office and I know how important first impressions can be. The dentist needs to know how rude the office staff is to perspective patients.
you would think when you pay for a service that that the dentist should complete the service that they charged you for. Case in point I had my initial visit with the dentist and found out that I was going to need years of work and thousands of dollars of treatment. The dentist forced me into starting my treatment plan while I was still the chair.
