My sister and I haven't heard from Charles Black in almost a year, about our mothers estate, who passed over three years ago. We have both called, emailed and gone by his Columbia office to no avail, his partners secretary at their Rock Hill office apparently can't contact him either because we have both left messages with her as well. I wouldn'tlet these people take care of my dogsestate.......
Charles Black has checked out on our family. We have been waiting since March of this year for original documents that were signed with Charles Black, at his Columbia office. While we have "copies" of these Durable power of attorney documents, he has not made good on giving us the original, notarized documents.
