Dr Lotfi is very knowledgeable and explained my test results thoroughly. He offered me 3 options ranging from minimally invasive to moderately and highly invasive. I trust he is a skilled surgeon.
Very considerate ans knowledgeable staff. They make you feel very comfortable.
Dr was 35min late for appointment. Had to ask if I was there on the wrong day. Nope. Another 30 minutes lost trying to upload files I was told to bring. Dr came in and couldn't access the files. Normal appointment would have run 15 min max. I was there 1hr 30min.
