I saw Dr. Lofti at Nova Spine in April 2026 for chronic low back pain, hip pain, radiating leg numbness/tingling, and known spinal issues (scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, and spondylolisthesis). I brought my 2019 lumbar X-rays showing mild stepwise spondylolisthesis L1-L5, early disc space narrowing, sclerosis, and facet changes at L4-5 and L5-S1.
