Linda w/Paylynx is an all-star. She is responsive with questions and always tries to make any situation as easy as possible. The whole merchant account and accepting credit card system is full of unrealized obstacles and annoyances and she makes it easier to deal with. She is knowledgeable and has the tenacity to figure out what she may not know. If we can totally omit accepting credit cards, I would do it in a heartbeat but since that is currently not viable, Paylynx is the BEST solution!
Awesome customer service, they get it done for you no matter what. They are advocates for your business, in a selfless way. Jeremy was incredible from sourcing the correct POS for our needs, to implementation and execution.
We've been with PayLynx for several years now and they are excellent to work with, easy to contact about any questions and so much more cost effective than our previous carrier.
Linda was very thorough setting up my account and explaining all the details so there would not be any surprises before we started using PayLynx. I've been a customer of theirs of years now and have been very pleased with the customer service as well as their processing service. I strongly recommend using them over the dishonest companies that swear up and down that they can save you money by switching.
PayLynx is wonderful to work with. Linda is extremely helpful and always willing to go out of the way to help if ever needed (which isn't much as we rarely have issues). I have use PayLynx for a few companies and have been very happy every time. I highly recommend them.
