Ever since Payline changed ownership to Pineapple Payments, things have gone down. They suddenly started charging $35 monthly service fee given my original contract states no NO monthly fees for processing. Somehow they changed the terms and charges without notification. Very shady! Last time I was on hold for 35 min waiting for Customer Service. Once I reached them, they suggested I switch to Square.
Payline is a joke. I'm angry with how much I've been lied to about everything by you guys. Shame on you for preying on small business you guys are shady as hell.
Customer service at Payline is unacceptable. For the last couple weeks whenever I call customer service I sit on hold for about 5 minutes only to finally be asked to leave a voicemail. I called the sales line instead. A salesperson is now trying to help me with my problem, but keeps sending me to other departments who say they can't help me. The only time I get any information at all is when I email them. I have been trying to resolve my issue for weeks without success. I am beyond frustrated.
