Ann is amazing she helped me beyond the point of good customer service. She waited 2 1/2 hours after closing time to get me my tags. And helped me way beyond what she had to before getting my tags to me. This lady is so sweet and kind. I recommend if you need tags she’s the one to go to. If I ever need tags that’s the only place I will go.
Always polite, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely beats going to the MVA/DMV, wait times are always minimal.
This is the place for tag and title work. Went in with questions the dmv wudnt answer and she answered and got me wat I needed. Def the place to go
She was very helpful and nice
4 stars for lack of communication, very friendly people and easy to work with, something happened with my title going through the transfer process not because of them but the previous state and the MVA was having problems state wide for everyone and it was just a little miscommunication and lack of it but finally got my title and very happy!
