After days of searching, I found an appointment earlier this week for my 16-year-old son to get his COVID vaccine at the Applewood Pay Less (Kroger) Pharmacy in Anderson. After we drove 90 minutes, the pharmacist, Samuel Roberts, told us that he had given my son's vaccine to someone else. He refused to allow us to reschedule, and handed us a photocopy of a scrap of paper with the word "Complaints" and Kroger's generic number.
