Have stored my RV here for 8 years. A basic storage yard with fairly level gravel and a lot of converted shipping containers. Good and easy access to 101. Convenient location in industrial area right behind a big Renner Petroleum station. Price is about average for the area....maybe a little bit lower....BUT: The open parking area of the facility is very weedy and unkempt with more than a few derelict old junker trailers, cars, boats and general trash. Have stored my RV here for nearly 8 years. Good basic storage yard, level gravel. Good access. Convenient location. Price is about average for the area....maybe a bit lower. Security has rarely been an issue...some thefts, break ins but that has improved in recent years. The open parking area of the facility has some weeds and several derelict old junker trailers, cars and boats that make it look worse than it is.
