Dr. Ahmed is wonderful. She takes the time needed to be thorough and is concerned with the patients overall health. I am extremely happy with her and would not consider going to anyone else.
After being her Patient for over 15 years , she basically has abandoned me , I have a complicated history and all she does is refer you to specialist. Then wont follow their recommendations. I am a physician myself and she does this to a colleague . Her waiting room is always empty for a reason - she has not kept up to date, distances herself , makes her staff be in the middle and refuses to order medications recommended by specialists. DO NOT BECOME HER PATIENT!!
She didn't read my patient history and triggered my eating disorder. Recommended I skip my lunch in favor of going for a walk and standing in front of a mirror with "skinny clothes for motivation." To a former bulemic, now a current bulemic. And she prescribed me a pill she said would help me lose weight. It was metformin and it does help-because it's the most effective laxative I've ever taken. I was overweight, but I was not diabetic. Also her staff always failed to do follow up calls.
She's VERY RUDE DON'T listen to her patient. I pledged with my granny to LEAVE from under her care. My grandma my be old but SHE'S NOT a child & shouldn't be TALKED or treated as such NO MATTER WHAT by ANYBODY. WHEN PEOPLE MAKE IT TO THEIR GOLDEN YEARS. PEOPLE SHOULD SEE THEM AS A BLESSING (NOT) A BIG PROBLEM. THEY'RE A TRUE GIFT FROM ABOVE & I UNDERSTAND NO ONE LIVES FOREVER! When you're a doctor sometimes listening is the BEST medicine. Still GOD LOVES YOU & SO DO MY GRANNY & (I). Be bless!
She is not a good doctor she doesn't listen and really don't know what she be talking about. She is good at sending you to other places tho.
I moved from Flint and living in Texas now. Doctor Ahmed is the greatest... Helpful in every way and sent me for test if I had problems that she could diagnose. Help me to maintain a good weight and BP. Encouraged me to use natural remedies that truly worked. I will miss her. Mrs. Brown
I moved out of town and have seen several doctors in 2 different cities, they are just average compared to Ahmed. So when I retired and return to Flint, I went back to her. She remembers me like I've never left her office. She's always patient and cares for me like a friend. I've seen her for over 20 years, she's taken good care of me. Will definitely recommend her.
