VERY GOOD JOB!! My Compaq crashed over 1 year ago..I was very upset and my sister gave me the name of Payless repairs.I dropped my pc off and got it back 2 days later all fixed !!! Joe the owner was so wonderful explaiing to me what and how it happened. We need more business's and people like Joe's Payless repair shop.Thank you Joe..It is nce to know I have someone I can trust if I need your services again..And I am sending my daughter your way with her 2 yr old Dell.
Great Shop – Brought my Dell 4400 computer in Jan 23rd because it wouldn't turn on. Paid for the estimate and 20 Minutes later got a call from Joe the owner. He said there was no problem with the computer and advised me to check my connections. To my surprise the breaker button popped on my surge protector outlet under my computer desk. A++++++++ Computer Repair – Very very very happy - they repaired my laptop board that other shop said couldn't be fixed NICE! Repaired in three days and total $70

Payless was one of the few shops that didn't tell me it would take three to five days to repair it. I brought it in and they were able to get it back to me the next day! To my surprise the owner even met me on Saturday so I could pick it up (they are only open Tue-Fri) This is a stand up repair shop and I highly recommend then to anyone in need of computer repairs. Very Happy I am so happy that I decided to follow the advise of a friend and have my computer looked at by Payless Repairs. I had called a bunch of other repair shops only to get answering machines or estimates of over $200.00 ---- I was not in a position to purchase a new computer and up until now mine has been fine. The bottom line is that I was able to not only to get it repaired for way less than $200, But!!! All my files were saved to a DVD AND I GOT IT BACK IN 3 Days. Very Happy
Trustworthy Reliable Service – I am a student at UB and my computer broke in March. I called many different repair shops and got a variety of responses. Some didn't want to give me any advise over the phone, and some even were rude. Payless was very helpful and spent ten minutes over the phone trying to help me get it going. I ended up having to bring it in and When all was said and done my computer was fixed and didn;t break my budget.
Very Very Very Happy With this repair shop! – Dell said my laptop motherboard was bad and "Could Not Be Repaired" Payless not only had it repaired in three days but the price was great as well. I am soooooooo happy I didn't go the Dell way @ $480 for a new motherboard !!! --- I would advise anyone in need of a computer repair to deal with this owner operated business ... He said with great pride that he has been in business for 17 years... With this kind of honesty I see why ----TB
