Excellent work , was able to get us back up and running within 24 hours of our water heater failing. High attention to detail and well priced given the high quality of service. Would not hesitate to recommend, great job. I am a repeat customer 4 years later for water softening equipment and like before the service is excellent. Would recommend in a hearbeat.

Payless Plumbing is professional. On top of fixing the leakage problem, THey did some preventive enhancements to the plumbing system. This made me peace of mind in coming years.

Called Payless Plumbing (in my neighbourhood) to get an estimate and make an appointment for a slow leak toilet tank in my basement. I spoke to their staff who gave me an estimate and because they had time that day came over in that same afternoon to do the repair! they explained my options and was extremely efficient, professional and friendly.

From the guy that first answered my phone call to the plumber that came to unplug our sink drain, they were both very friendly and professional. I called around 1pm and they had a plumber here by 4pm that same day, wow what great service.
