I can't tell you how satisfied I was with Payless Plumbing. I had 4 different well-reviewed plumbers come out for a price consultation on removing an old gas water heater and installing a new one, and Payless' price was the most reasonable by far. Zivko, Payless' plumber, was the only consulting plumber who foresaw a potential inspection issue with the size of my utility room based on the minimum ambient space needed for the size of the water heater. I don’t get the bad reviews cause this guy was excellent. We had a water line that busted right before a long trip so time was of the essence. I rang up and the gentleman was able to come right out the same day and work the issue. His communication was stellar and he explained everything from start to finish, which is how I like it. Recently the A/C stopped working in a newly purchased house. After seeing the good reviews for Payless Plumbing, they seemed like a good choice. They ended up being punctual, friendly, informative, and best of all, within the price range that I thought it would cost. I'm surprised at the low ratings for this business. Zivko is the owner and helped me figure out an issue another plumbing company misdiagnosed. Zivko is very knowledgeable and is a good, honest person. His prices are very reasonable especially compared to the other plumbing company that didn't even fix my root issue.

Our central AC stopped blowing cold air. We noticed the fan on the unit stopped running. My family member is usually one to fix things for us when things break down, but unfortunately, we couldn't go to him because of a family emergency. We went with Payless Plumbing because of the good reviews. Made it on time for appointment and was very responsive with communication.
