Emma and Jakeson are awesome! They speak English well and listened to what my mom and I wanted. They both gave feedback and their professional opinion to help us decide on the technique we wanted. My mom was SOOO scared of the drill on her nails but this place is ELITE! We love our nails!! Emma is an AWESOME artist and Jakeson does the base laying of the nails and he is GENTLE and precise. My mother and I have been going to Payless for a little over a year and Emma helped me grow out my nails! They are the strongest they’ve ever been, and I love love love her nail designs, everyone here is so kind and amazing! 10/10 recommend anyone from here
