They talk so nicely and make promises that are never fulfilled. We bought a sofa with a protection plan; unfortunately, some of the sofa's back and side cushions are getting out of shape so quickly. We asked them, stating we have a protection plan and requesting replacements. They said we would get replacements in two weeks.
