Limited hours open. No cleaning is done on site, it’s all shipped offsite so expect longer than expected processing times. They ruined one of my husbands shirts, saying the shirt must have never been dry cleaned before. It had been countless times and was not new. Got the run around getting any reimbursement. The dry cleaner is good for the price. However they are not open until 7 as stated for their hours. I arrived at 645 and I think the associate literally locked the door as she saw me coming ☹️ I guess they don't need my business.

Got white work shirts back, looked good but some of the buttons were melted. The employee reached out to the owner and the owner basically told him to tell me, to pound sand. They could try to hand press them but they won’t come out so good and cost a little more. I have had dry cleaning done for many decades all over the world and never have had buttons melted. I just wish the owner would have spoken to me and said they’d replace the buttons and make sure it doesn’t happen again even if I need to pay more for special care. ... read more
