Gary and his team replaced both of our AC/Furnace systems within a few months of each other. He was extremely responsive when we had questions. We were mostly impressed with the quality units (Trane) that he offers for a great price. It's never easy to spend that much money, but Gary gave us options to repair our old units or to replace. As ours were old and even when working, couldn't really keep up in our hot, humid summers, we opted to replace both systems due to our confidence in Gary.
I've been using Payless for a couple years, and they're the only HVAC company I'll use. Very honest, won't try to upsell, reasonably priced, and the owner and the couple other guys I've had work on my system have been extremely nice and professional. Glad to have found a company I can trust!
Owner Gary is honest, won't sell you what you don't need, stands behind his work. Have used for many years. Highly recommend. Local here in Pearland.
