Had a great experience with the staff. I was referred to Payless by my insurance company. My insurance company did not respond to sending them the info that Payless needed to move forward. They said we will take a look at your vehicle and they said it was just a side panel that had come loose because some clips popped off and they said we can fix that right away for free. It was done quickly and perfectly. The best experience I have ever had with any service business and I am 74 year old
