They’ll get the job done eventually. The customer service is good. I’ve had to call for updates because the texts aren’t going through, and I’ve had to rent for a month and a half and longer. I’m grateful, truly. But I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months.
I was in an accident around Jan. 6. I was referred to Payless by my insurance. They were not able to get me in until Feb. 5 so we made an appointment. My car was initially driveable and I didn't want to use up my renters insurance until they were working on it so I was driving it for a few days. First and foremost I would like to say that the customer service in terms of attitude was wonderful, but that is where the highlight ends. There is an extreme disconnect in the information provided from the company versus what my car insurance tells me. Additionally there is simply a lack of communication all together, with updates only being provided 2 times a week if that.
