We had quotes from two big box stores. They would not perform any repairs on our sub floors if they found any damage. So, we went to Payless carpet and tile. First question to Tony was "do you repair any damaged sub floors" he said they do everything. So Tony came to our home and gave us a bid for everything. He was less then both of our other bids and this included sub floor repair and leveling. Ulysses and Luis worked hard and they know their stuff. Great job guys! Great experience.
I am beyond grateful to Tony and his team! We recently moved and updated our flooring to luxury vinyl. We had a wonderful experience with Tony who helped guide our decision making process (he had many beautiful options to choose from) and provided fair pricing. His instillation team was professional, hard working, and very timely. I was really impressed with how easy Tony made this process for us. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional and we are so happy with the results!
Tony has been there for over 30 years, he is always kind and he’s very helpful! We used this company several years ago and they installed tile flooring in our bathroom and it still looks great. I recently returned and Tony helped me select samples to take home and try them. He’s knowledgeable and professional.
