Tile looks great but installers left trash, grout and other mess. Didn't notice until next day since installers left close to dark. As for Nader and Fred, very unreliable, they make appointments and cancel without telling you until you call. Always would tell me they would call me right back and never happened. Unless you thrive on disorganization, excuses and empty promises, GO ELSEWHERE! The installers are independent contractors and they did a great job but left a mess. Fred sold me tile which I canceled the very next morning. He then tried to charge me a restocking fee (how can it be picked by 9am Monday morning when he said it wouldn't be ready until 3 days later?!?) and tried to charge me a 5% credit card fee before the charge even went through. He refused to give a refund and now I'm pursuing legal action against him. Stay away!
terrible service with fred. not recommendable & a bunch of lies with time scheduling. no supervision. he sublets work & misrepresent.
