The guy will FORCE you to get his 20$/day insurance and also you must get the sunpass @ 15$ a day . So add on an extra 40$ a day to your online email. The guy is very rude about this and we saw multiple people just walk out and not rent anything . The same happened to us .. you WILL NOT coerce me into getting add ons that I do not want or need. I have FULL COVER insurance and he said its not enough and have to buy theirs which NEver happends when I rent often . So now you lost another customer To the owner ... you are failin... read more

I rented a car from here on a Tuesday. No lines and no wait. I prepaid, but the check in process was still pretty long for a prepaid, maybe 15-20 minutes. Their process still uses the old computer paper with the holes on the side of the paper. Customer service here was pretty laid back. The waiting area definitely needs improvement, humid, gnats, and the bathroom was out of service.
